Amber Oud Emerald Extrait d'parfum Exclusiff: wich I don't know what this dupes for and also not on fragrantica yet. Amber Oud - this bottle, the initial North America release was a clone of Tobacco Vanille yet the rest of the world got the same bottle but the juice is a clone of Amouage Interlude. No way of identifying the bottles themselves as the SKUs are the same (only scent will tell). Note, the Tobacco Vanille version of this particular bottle was discontinued and instead replaced by "Amber Oud Tobacco Edition" which is a smokier clone of Tobacco Vanille. This bottle will continue to be a Interlude clone in the future. Less is more on this one. This is insanely strong, and can be headache inducing. I do 1,5 spray and it’s more than enough.

I was actually bummed because it's a fantastic perfume, just didn't perform well on my skin chemistry, which is unfortunate. But my boss tested it later that day and loved it, and it actually performed better on him than it did on this guy I met earlier this year! So I ended up giving it to him! I have to put my nose directly to the spot and keep sniffing to smell any sweetness. Mature, sophisticated, and well-travelled, this scent makes a statement. Really unique and beautiful smell but beware as this stuff can be a nightmare of over applied (on me 1-2 sprays) will last all day and project nicely !! To me this smells like a peachy hair conditioner. Fruity musk, tiny bit aquatic, with semi sweet woodsy undertones, nothing more. Sure it's not bad, not offensive shampoo scent but I have so many others fragrances that would fit the occasion instead of this. Sillage is not huge, but I only sprayed one spray on my arm so full application might be better. I suspect the musk is little headache inducing if oversprayed. Prepare to be enchanted as this fragrance expertly blends a symphony of notes to create an enticing aroma that is both alluring and sophisticated. The top notes of exotic Bergamot and Green Notes intertwine with subtle hints of Melon and Sweet Notes, creating an irresistible opening. Amber Oud however, is literally TF Tobacco Vanille and I do have a 50ml bottle of the original. However, Amber Oud is longer lasting and slightly stronger than TF. TV is my wife's favourite fragrance but when I wear this she can't tell the difference. On the dry down there are subtle differences but overall, this does the job.This a dupe with good approximation, but not a clone, of Erba Pura. Erba Pura has a more forward citrus facet amongst other things. Both have excellent performance. I smelled this on a young lady at a restaurant and stopped her.. it happened to be the same perfume I was contemplating on buying. For me it smells fresh but not soap and water fresh more like bright and clean. It stands out. This perfume has presence. You smell citrus and green notes . It’s very crisp. Then as it dries down something gold shines (that’s what my brain interpreted it to be lol. a hint of fruit and musk followed by some woods.. but the green note never fades… it keeps a scent bubble around you and I can’t help but say to myself I smell the gold reference .. but it’s very nice.. I walk past people and get many compliments. I live in Florida and wore it in Vegas and I was complimented how fresh and sexy I smelled .. I would say try before you buy.. it maybe to green/strong or bright for others … Starts off with a fizzy tropical juice vibe (super sweet) and retains that sweetness as it dries down but with added powderyness. It's nice - I've smelt nothing like it before. However, despite others on here raving about how amazing its performance is, I sadly haven't experienced that at all. It becomes a skin scent almost instantly for me (even on tester strips and clothes). I just received this. I have the Amber Aoud Gold and the Extreme now. It feels like an Intense version of the amber oud gold. Performance on this is NUCLEAR!! This lasts 24+ hours and will even be present sometimes after a shower !! Projection is also very good so again be light on the sprays !!

Christian Carbonnel is the perfumer that made Xerjoff Erba Pura, and he also makes perfumes for Al Haramain. Doesn’t take a genius to work out that he made Amber Oud Gold Edition, although this isn’t advertised, not surprising. The perfume industry is a crazy world. Either way, this is considered to be almost identical to Erba Pure, some consider it a slight improvement on it. I usually hate clones but as this is the same perfumer I will buy this version over Xerjoff any day. Amber Oud Gold is a fruity, melony type of scent that really makes you feel happy and good whenever you wear it. I adore it! This perfume is so multi faceted, it's fresh & cool but also warm at the same time, it's fruity, clean, fresh, tropical and has a really nice depth with an almost gourmand vanilla, amber & woods. Amber Oud Gold Edition really transforms as you wear it. It opens with a burst of sweet, citrusy goodness with a touch of fresh-cut grass. It's not "misty" like most citrus openings; it's more like a garden hose stream -- not much airiness to it. The opening lasts a good 3 hours and can be a bit suffocating, but then it settles into a delicious sweet musky vanilla with a bit of the original tang -- and that's when I like it most. I have bought two, one was on September 2021 and one was on February 2022, and they are different, the Feb 2022 one is much weaker for some reason....The green darkens. But the wood becomes lighter and lighter. The mat, tired slowly recedes and the amber becomes cheerful, lighter, with light honey. The wood becomes powerful - unsweet - and decisive. The green tones dance around us like snowflakes and allow us a tender softness to the dominant amber. i blind bought this and love it. it has no oud in it which is odd due to name but to me a great scent. i just took a shower and washed my wrists where i had sprayed it hours before. I even used soap and held the shower nozzle on my wrists. i can still smell it and more than just a skin scent. A beast. Fell in love with Erba pura but not it’s price. Went on here to find dupes. Opening is a bit harsh, but the cologney vibe from the bergamot vanish within a minute. I’m left with a lovely mixture of ALL notes listed. But I wouldn't recommend a blind buy for men unless you are a lover of this kind of fruity scents like Erba Pura.
