Cheesecakes freeze beautifully. Just wrap this tightly in plastic wrap, and it should last for at least 2 months in the freezer. There are so many flavor possibilities with this recipe. Some ideas include chocolate pudding with chocolate Oreos, banana pudding with golden Oreos, or pistachio pudding with chocolate Oreos. Choose toppings that pair well with each flavor.
