Jake from Albuquerque, NmFirst of all, Madison from Moscow, it's CROWLEY, if you're going to use it, at least make sure you get the name right. Secondly, yes, he's on the cover of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, along with 50+ other celebrities and figures from history, including some bad ones. Hell, they wanted to put Hitler in there, but they decided to draw the line at that one. Whenever I want to feel sexy, I play that song, whether on my stereo or in my head. And when a man is sexy, I simply change the feminine pronouns to masculine ones and sing it. Even though I can't sing, it works like a charm!

Sometimes it is better not to know the whole truth but to let your imagination run wild and free and make up the most incredible stories. In 2015, following restoration overseen by Apple's Jonathan Clyde, [84] the "Something" promo film was included in the Beatles' video compilation 1 and its expanded edition, 1+. [85] Rolling Stone journalist Rob Sheffield comments on the significance of the clip, with regard to the band's history: Bill from Southeastern Part Of, FlAccording to a DVD tribute of George Harrison by the Hare Krishna people, this song is about Krishna (God), not about Harrison's then-wife Patti. The lyric - attracts me like no other lover - is a direct reference to Krishna, who is also called The All-Attractive One. One of the Hare Krishna guys said in the interview on the DVD that George had to make the subject of the song a woman or everyone would have thought of George as a "poof." MacDonald, Ian (1998). Go-Set Australian Charts – 20 December 1969". poparchives.com.au. Archived from the original on 28 March 2015 . Retrieved 23 February 2015. SOMETHING is a tall, dark, shadowy figure. It has one vertical eye. SOMETHING's appearance resembles MARI's hair and eye, as seen by SUNNY and BASIL after hanging her from a tree.

SOMETHING is often associated with the recurring number 143 alongside MARI and HELLMARI. It is noteworthy that the number 143 can mean "I love you". This also most likely refers to MARI's warmhearted love towards SUNNY, even after the hardships both siblings went through in the past. Erlewine, Stephen Thomas. “Do you really think it’s good?”

The story follows a child (could be any gender) and the disappearance of a red ball down a hole in the garden. Cue the endless possibilities for who (or what) lives down the hole. Is it a family of mice, a troll, a sports team of frogs or something even more interesting…? This is a book that has many layers (literally – we see the activity above ground and then the various imagined scenarios playing out in the mysterious hole underground). The little family dog appears in every picture and adds another subtle but sweet layer to the story.

At the time "Something" was at position #9 on Billboard's Hot Country Singles chart, the week before it had peak at #6... Breanna from Henderson, NvDan, GEORGE wrote this song. Ok so anyway anyone else think the line "Something in the things she shows me" is a little dirty? I mean in Across the Universe when Jude sings that line they show Lucy from the waist up naked, a bit dirty don't ya think? Just had to say that. And there was a big difference between the two. For one, which had a best before date of March 2009 - which would have been around for Christmas in 2008 - contained almost 400 grams more of the sweet treat than the recently bought tub.

In her 2007 book Wonderful Tonight: George Harrison, Eric Clapton, and Me, Pattie Boyd wrote: "George wrote a song called 'Something.' He told me in a matter-of-fact way that he had written it for me. I thought it was beautiful and it turned out to be the most successful song he ever wrote, with more than 150 cover versions. George's favorite version was the one by James Brown. Mine was the one by George Harrison, which he played to me in our kitchen. But, in fact, by then our relationship was in trouble. Since a trip to the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's ashram in India in 1968, George had become obsessive about meditation. He was also sometimes withdrawn and depressed."

After SUNNY accidentally pushes MARI down the stairs, BASIL speaks words of comfort to him and makes the decision to frame the accidental murder as a suicide. Although both carry the body, SUNNY appears to be in a state of dissociation, and it's implied he doesn't fully process that BASIL is with him. SUNNY doesn't seem to take part in actually tying MARI to the tree.
