After 8 hours I can still smell it in my intimate space as a skin scent as one may say and it just makes me feel so good. It’s not going to blow your mind, but it is really well balanced, and is one of the most versatile iris designer fragrances in the market.

The scent itself is quite addictive and is a modern update to the Armani Code line, very masculine and classy.I don’t have a giant collection so there could be better comparisons but the iris is similar to that in Gentlemen EDT Intense, just not nearly as aromatic or “minty” of the top. I didn’t look at the notes and picked up the iris, tonka and slight woodiness stood out the most with a subtle aromatic undertone. I will miss this when it is gone but the new edp is similar enough to get the job done, no tobacco and not dry at all but a nice leather/suede vanilla with a nice projection and around 80 percent the same. Sure, it might have lost a bit of intensity, but it gained a more easygoing vibe, like Armani Code took a stroll on the beach and decided to lighten up. My mum complimented this, the EDT, even though people are saying it’s no good any more… It was 4+ hours after spraying too.
