Description

I went into the living room to find Angie plaiting our daughter Jade’s hair in front of the mirror; something she did every morning. After their marriage in 1985, they had their first son, Ryan, quickly followed by Damon and then Reece.

When things start looking unfamiliar or I am not sure of the path ahead, I seek that familiar secure place. Years - It takes that many years to become an expert in body language and non-verbal communication in a marriage.Although, when you rent, you support a circular clothing economy and ultimately help reduce the amount of clothing no longer in use. Her novels have been translated into several languages and she has also contributed two titles (one ghostwritten for television presenter Fiona Phillips) to the UK’s Quick Reads Campaign, which provides easy-to-read books for adult emergent readers. So in the last months of her life, Angie – a born mother – both compiled a list of ‘rules’ to guide Ian in the future, and also put him on an intensive training course, so he could learn all the practical skills he would need. Angie, the job done, had to find the courage to let them go, and Ian and the children the courage to carry on without her. I'm really looking forward to not feeling the need to do a massive clean before putting up christmas, because it'll all be ticking over nicely by then.

My kind neighbour is doing tip runs to the recycling centre for me - another one tomorrow - and says he'll keep doing them until we're clear. I think it would take me longer than the allotted times on my own (especially as we've just started and some stuff requires some enthusiastic and prolonged scrubbing right now! As I struggled with the idea of accepting another surgery which would have totally transformed the look of my body, a new miraculous pregnancy came to save me one more time and to give me the strength to face more difficult times. It's so restful, knowing that you just need to do what's on the list and then stop, and that that dust you noticed on the bathroom shelves will be tackled on Thursday (or whenever; my days aren't the same as Gemma's).

It's a bit of a pain; there's a lot of stuff that gathers dust, and at the moment, a lot of spiders in the ceiling corners. I joined her 4 week rapid weight loss to change the way I've been eating over the last two years and to lose weight.

No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, no underlining or highlighting of text, and no writing in the margins. After enduring a year of therapies, a miraculous unexpected pregnancy brought hope and joy into my life.

I watched my dreams of a big family shatter as chemotherapy could threaten my fertility, making it unlikely for me to become a mother again. I found Gem years ago, it really works, the routine of it all is helpful and that you are not slaving away for hours on a weekend. She freely says it is just what she needed to do in her house at the time so it’s fully adaptable to your house and your needs eg I don’t do my windows or cutlery drawer every week but there are other things I do do that aren’t on her lists. Weekends are kept housework free so you can enjoy your time off without having to do a mammoth clean at the weekend.
