it's a really good, fresh lemon gin with a slight hint of sherbet (though not sweet, if that's not a contradiction). After distilling we macerate it with Sicilian lemon peel for seven days in the smallest batches - to create a haze of gin and sharp citrus - a taste we've combed the earth for.
