A blend of malts produced in the Hakushu Distillery that have been aged exclusively in Spanish Oak Casks. Kaikomagatake, Hakushu Whisky is the delicious and gently smoky single malt whisky with herbal notes that is the revelation of Japanese single malts. Hakushu produce a range of styles from its 16 stills from light to heavily peated malt but the house style evokes the crisp, green nature of the distilleries location.

First launched in 2006 and from the lesser known of the two Suntory owned distilleries (the other the mighty Yamazaki) and was at one point in the 1980's the largest distillery in the world! A signature bottle from the Hakushu range, the Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve showcases the complex flavour combination it has become famed for.
