The spirit has pure water added to it before it is rested for a minimum of two weeks and then bottled at 46% ABV.

The process is finished by adding a wild Fermanagh honeysuckle syrup which gives a more balanced and natural sweetness. Crafted with meticulous care, this gin draws inspiration from the traditional Old Tom recipe, which dates back to the 18th century.
