About this deal

Dedicated Creme Egg fans will remember its countline spin-off Twisted, which launched to much fanfare in 2008, only to be withdrawn by Cadbury in 2012 following sales declines. If it does signal the start of a move away from the Dairy Milk branding, than that will give them much more flexibility in the future. I like the mini Cadbury Creme Eggs because they have a little bit better ratio of chocolate to filling for my tastes, but I recently got to try a Cadbury Creme Egg Twisted, which was even better. Cadbury is a master of creating hype around its NPD – you only need to look at the recent success of Caramilk and Twirl limited editions to appreciate this – and Twisted’s launch in May 2008 was no exception.

Obviously designed to look like it’s been twisted, the chocolate has a thick base, while the top is made of thinner chocolate and vaguely resembles a screw thread. Even if the sugary fondant center is a bit too much to handle all at once, the creamy milk chocolate and the gooey filling is a delicious combination. Like regular Creme Eggs, these aren't made with Dairy Milk chocolate but are vegetarian friendly, described as "Milk chocolates with a soft fondant centre (40%)". Rather than being divided into traditional Cadbury chunks, this bar has a much more distinctive shape. They mysteriously disappeared, to reappear as a mini version in Cadbury Heroes, and have now been given their very own sharing bag.You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. Turns out that packaging was very misleading because nothing could prepare me for the horror that was lurking inside. Despite having all the same ingredients as its older sibling, there’s no trace of the words “Dairy Milk” on this bar. The creamy, milky taste of the chocolate, even though it is on the sweeter side, is a great contrast to the sugary filling and balances it out without dominating it. We will make sure they are packed carefully for safe transit – Unfortunately broken or melted eggs cannot be replaced or refunded.

Typical jobs: hospital/ward nurse, waitressing in a busy restaurant, cleaner, porter, labourer/construction worker, gardener, farm worker. The British chocolate maker we all know and love, Cadbury has been making its range of rich, classic and playful flavours since 1905. This sounded like a good idea to me, as it might allow the great fun of eating a Creme Egg without the messiness. A similar, limited-edition 180g Dairy Milk bar filled with Creme Egg fondant hit the Australasian market in 2019, but didn’t reach UK supermarkets. Dom – i see what you mean but that still dosent change the fact that its really nothing new…as I said if this wasnt the only innovation we could expect from Cadbury this year I wouldnt be as disappointed.A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we put on your computer with your knowledge and consent. Spend majority of leisure time doing activities such as watching TV, playing computer games, on the internet, reading, cooking, driving, general household chores. All foods are fine within the context of a balanced diet, but this is a good way to get more volume of food for your calories! when I opened the tin it was like opening something from a horror film, discovering the mouldy body of an ancient alien creature or other such evil. seems to be that despite it still retaining the great creme egg taste its a little disappointing considering this is what Cadbury’s deem as their ‘most exciting innovation of the year’….

We guarantee that the products we deliver are prepared clean, packed with care and sealed with safety.MILK, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, glucose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, whey powder (from MILK), vegetable fats (palm, shea), humectant (glycerol), emulsifier (E442), colour (paprika extract), flavourings. i really do like the look of these chocolate bars, they probably taste exactley the same but i feel that i would get more pleasure eating an egg instead, as there is more filling then the chocolate bar itself. The campaign featured various vignettes of a Creme Egg being destroyed by household implements – such as a kitchen blender or hairdryer – only to mutate into an anthropomorphised Twisted bar, which shouted ‘Goo!
