About this deal

Nice to meet you!” Tubbo slips in his number, “oh, I think you left somethin-“ he turns around to only see Tubbo walking away “..oh, you want to be friends with me.” Nobody believes he exists—not even my coven, who think I’m crazy. When the other witches threaten to bind my magic, I set up a hidden camera. If the Council discovers I performed a spell of this magnitude in our coven’s headquarters, it won’t just be me who gets into trouble. They’d punish Grandma, Aunt Klara, Aggie, and all the other members.

There was enough angsty plot line on both parts to understand why their behaviours were as such and you’re given the history of why the MLC is and acts the way he does to keep you just this side of a ‘don’t go into the basement’ style reaction on behalf of the FLC, there were times when you could be mistaken for thinking she is a bit of a whinge-factory but then you do come to realise it’s more than just simple self pity. Moreover, the portrayal of Henry’s and Alienor’s internal conflicts, wherein the battle between rationality and desire ensues, provides a captivating glimpse into the depths of their being.Breed for the Beast: Breeding for a beast was not the fairy tale, happily ever after ending I had in mind… I swing my legs out of bed and walk to the window. Every movement is like a paper cut across my nerves. Even my scars sting and make me hiss through my teeth. There are several reasons I acted alone: the Boogie Man was more powerful than a necromancer. Nobody believed me when I told them he existed. The only person who could see the Boogie Man ended up dead.

I’m not even sure how the cottage even caught fire. Tiny tendrils of smoke rise from the rubble, only to get caught in the invisible barrier above the garden. No one but Grandma uses all four syllables of my full name. Ali-en-nor. It’s always Ali, occasionally Nor, but Grandma thinks Alienor is more elegant. Overview: I write dark contemporary and paranormal romance featuring villains, monsters, morally grey heroes, and the women who make them feral.I always knew my husband was shady. But drugging me and selling me in an auction to the highest bidder was dirty, even for him. You can expect a lot of "kinda" tentacle play, good ( and funny ) sex scenes and just a fun time reading this book. The tension in the air is similar to the anticipation before a lightning strike. My nostrils fill with the scent of ozone, a sign of powerful magic.

She beams at me with a dazzling smile that makes her look a decade younger. “Never better. Now, invite me in, so I can fix the damage.” It worked for a while until the Boogie Man found a way to evade their spells. Now, I’ve got to convince them to strengthen that enchantment because my magic is only good for lighting candles or charging up the motor of my vibrating rose. The hits weren’t so bad, but the beatings?…oh boy. An average Sunday for the Simons was beatings, every day inching closer to death..each day. Maybe he’s being over dramatic, he should’ve asked his parents why they did it..well to bad he killed them! This monster is under a curse and wants to kill our FMC, but the curse makes him attracted to her in other ways too..😉 I have no idea why the Boogie Man has made me his target. No amount of procrastination can delay the inevitable. I’ve got to see for myself how much he’s destroyed. But it’s not long before I start wondering if I even want my freedom. Especially when Lugh gives me more respect (and orgasms) than my husband ever did. He watched as his dad try to call the police, he shot him on the head, it was quite funny to watch as blood drips from the side of his head Okay so, I love Siggy Shade with my whole heart, but at 90% I not only DNF—I could not finish…I’ve been cringing since around 60%…I tried! I tend to read the ending when I really like a book just to make sure I want to keep reading. The ending was okay so I tried to get through the remaining 80% of the book, but I found myself skimming over the last 20% before stopping because it just got worse and worse. I tried REALLY hard to love this book. What’s there not to love? It has witches, fae, a sweet heroine who calms a “gentle” giant of a man, a man who would burn down the world just for her etc etc. Don’t get me wrong! The first half was great! The story and the world building was beautiful. The FMC was an absolute treat. She is very sweet and kind. The MMC is a true gentleman when he’s not absolutely out of his mind. The last half however took a really weird turn. I could do with the chamomile fields scene—that was weird but not over the top, but then it just got worse and worse from there…I already hated Alienor’s family for being ridiculously emotionally abusive from start to finish, grandma and Aggie’s secret, the revelation of what funds the apothecary with the battle scene to their first time together physically I couldn’t do it—I couldn’t stop cringing. I guess the words “spunk” and “d!ldoifying” turned my on buttons off the more they were thrown around the book…that and the over the top fight scene. Idk. Another special mention to the second love interest of our FMC , who portrayed oh so well all the real men who dont take no for an answer 😂
