About this deal

Though they will cost more, I will always recommend something in the Nerf Rival series as the best out now. There are few that hold hundred of rounds and are much easier to load with the hoppers on top. When you think of a Nerf Minigun, or gatling gun, you think of the baddest, most fear-producing dart blasters that reign supreme in a Nerf battle. Not only are they large, but they hold a lot of ammo, and have intimidating features. There is nothing like the exhilaration of sitting at the table, having your morning coffee, trying to wake up and have a foam dart flash in front of your face that was fired from an XShot blaster given to a 7 yr. old by his uncle. Available in white and red color themes, the Excel Crusher is the biggest of the X-Shot dart blasters released to date. It is one of the most affordable big dart blasters, partly because of its simple spring-powered design that requires no batteries.

On top of the blaster is a sight that looks cool but doesn’t magnify or really help with the aim. Other notable features include an unjamming access door and trigger safety. Holding the largest Nerf drum made, this 50-dart spammer, is one of the biggest nerf guns ever released. Along with the drum, 50 darts are included to fill it up. These are unique and look awesome, but don’t shoot too hard, so that makes them great gifts for kids. The automatic Nerf guns allow frustration-free firing without the hassle of having to try to prime the blaster every time. One main concern is the weight and bulkiness, but they really aren’t that bad. A dart-blasting minigun is a great way for youngsters to feel the power without actually doing too much damage. Don't aim for the head – even if you're wearing protection over your eyes, it can still be quite uncomfortable to get hit by a foam dart around sensitive spots such as your ears or mouth, and your opponents won't thank you for it. Aiming for the torso is the best way to avoid spoiling play, and gives you the best chance of landing a hit. While the outer barrels rotate, all the darts fire out of the large center one. When firing, it whips darts up to and over 80 feet per second, which is a bit harder than the standard Nerf gun. Your opponents will do everything in their power to get their hands on the Crusher. This includes up to (but not limited to) tripping you while you're running to get it and then enlisting the help of all their siblings to hold you down while they steal it from you (speaking from experience here.) If you haven’t heard of them, X-Shot is a brand of Nerf-style foam dart guns that is owned by the Zuru toy company.

This blaster has a double-sized barrel, and you alternate between shooting either the outer or inner row of darts with the switch. Nerf also has a quality edge when it comes to customization and attachments. However, the reduced prices of the Zuru X-Shot brand can more makeup for most quality differences. X-Shot Ammo Vs. Nerf Ammo Our choice for the top Nerf Minigun is the XShot Crusher because it is the highest quality for the price. The Crusher looks the most like a real minigun, includes a 35-dart belt, and 48 darts. With slam fire, it shoots about 4 darts per second at up to 80 feet per second!Unfortunately, the price tag is high on this one and it is not for everyone. While it is a lot of fun to tote and shoot, The Titan CS-50 won’t amaze with its performance. We put up a target and used each toy gun to fire several rounds of foam darts, judging them on how firmly the darts hit the target, and how easily we were able to hit the same spot consistently. Ease of use To fire this blaster you prime with the top white handle and then pull the trigger to fire one dart. It has a range of up to 90 feet and shoots up to 80 feet per second.
