Weeks of tumultuousness and questionable decision-making have caused friction in The Bloodline. A wild Royal Rumble contract signing between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens, left The Bloodline wiped out in the ring and Sami Zayn holding the contract. Raw is XXX (pronounced "Raw is Thirty") was a professional wrestling television special of WWE's weekly television series, Monday Night Raw. The special episode was held on January 23, 2023, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was broadcast live on the USA Network. It was a commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the program's debut in January 1993 as well as the final Raw before the 2023 Royal Rumble event. The event set a financial record for the company, becoming the highest-grossing domestic gate in Raw 's history.

Somebody needs to make it official now and HHH says booking isn’t easy and it’s tough that it’s always on him and if only there were somebody to make sense of this... Sami Zayn was found "not guilty" at a Bloodline "Tribal Court." Paul Heyman accused Zayn of being a traitor, involved in a conspiracy with Kevin Owens to take down Roman Reigns. After Heyman showed video of minor slights by Zayn, such as lightly bumping Reigns' shoulder, Reigns sent Solo Sikoa to deliver a Samoan Spike to Zayn, who had offered no defense. Sikoa was stopped by Jey Uso, who showed even more footage of Zayn saving The Bloodline in various situations, leading Reigns to ultimately deliver a "not guilty" verdict.

The Six Man Tag Match putting Street Profits and Seth 'Freakin' Rollins against Imperium was a great match and all six work together really well and I was impressed with all members of The Imperium and Seth Rollins is always amazing. It was fun to see Kurt Angle as the special referee too. Seth "Freakin" Rollins and The Street Profits ( Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) defeated Imperium ( Gunther, Giovanni Vinci, and Ludwig Kaiser) by pinfall DX do a singalong for him and Waltman points out the obvious math that Seth is only one guy against Imperium’s three—

Fans pop and raise their 1s. Sami nods his head. Jimmy also raises his 1, along with Jey. Reigns stands up as fans chant “Sami Uso!” now.

We see the Steel Cage being lowered around the ring. The music hits and out comes Damage CTRL- Bayley with WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Dakota Kai and IYO SKY. Bayley heads to the cage by herself as we go to our first commercial break. The Miz is in the ring and on the mic, complaining that he hasn’t been given a MizTV or a title match or a celebration of all his amazing moments. My wife asks if he’s looked under the couch and he says he deserves his Raw XXX moment. The events of the Jan. 16 episode of Raw set up several significant matches for Raw XXX, including several title bouts. Here’s what the Raw 30th anniversary card looks like:

One of the aforementioned title matches saw The Usos defend their undisputed WWE tag team championships on the line against The Judgement Day's Damian Priest and Dominik Mysterio. It was Sami Zayn, just moments after being put on trial by The Bloodline, who would save the day for the Usos and make sure they went home as champions. After the match, Rollins and The Profits celebrate as the music hits. We go to replays. Angle raises the arms of Rollins and The Profits as the post-match celebration continues. The “RAW is XXX” logo being used for the upcoming show will be adapted for Home Video due to sensitivity reasons, therefore the title of the release and its logo is “RAW is 30”-themed instead.
