Preparation:- Make sure all joints are totally clear of any form of dirt, especially oil, grease and remove any loose debris/old jointing mortar or large particles. Joint-It Fine can only be used where there is a permeable base. If you are unsure if your base is permeable, run a hose for several minutes on the top of the paving. If the water drains through the joints after about 5 minutes, then the base is permeable. If the water logs on the top, then the base is not permeable. Preparation: Make sure all joints are cleaned out to a minimum depth of 25mm (minimum joint width of 3mm) and clear of any dirt.
