The Clever Coffee Dripper features the form factor of a traditional pour-over setup and the function of an immersion brewer. Using your scale, measure out 23 grams of coffee beans and grind your coffee to a medium-coarse grind. Your Clever dripper grind size should be similar to a French press, but slightly finer. To use the clever coffee dripper you need one size 4 filter paper. Place inside dripper. Add around 18g of medium ground coffee. Fill with hot, just below boiling water and let steep for 2-3 minutes. Then place the whole dripper on top of your mug or cup and let drain. Drink and enjoy!
