Taking the LUXE XR for what it is,a simple to use compact yet powerful pod, then it’s difficult to find any actual cons.There are maybe a few things that some might find off-putting, such as no auto-draw, bottom filling, and only two airflow options, but these factors didn’t affect my overall opinion of the Luxe XR, only you can decide but hopefully you can find the info you need in the review. The Vaporsso Luxe XR Max utilises the range of GTX coils that come with the amazing Corex heating system to ensure incredible flavour. This pairs together Vaporesso's amazing fluffy cumulus cotton and micofiber wrap with hexagonal mesh coils for a smooth and flavoursome vaping experience The LUXE XR MAX is an update to their recent LUXE XR, which I reviewed about half a year ago. It comes with a much larger battery (listed at 2800 mAh,) an 80-watt output, and takes pods that have a massive 5 mL capacity and are compatible with the LUXE X and XR. The pods take replaceable coils of the GTX line, powered by VAPORESSO’s COREX coil tech. My OCD always calls for the pod to be removed for fear of drying the cotton or potential leaking issues. The GTX coils utilise Corex Mesh Technology which creates a larger surface area that heats your e-liquid up evenly to produce rich and full-bodied flavour and the pods are compatible with the entire range of GTX coils offering you the ability to switch to MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping as well. The pod is pretty much fully visible; it is, however, hard to see the juice level due to the dark tint. I really don’t know why that’s so common when clear pods are so much better for use. I get the looks, but not when it gets in the way of function. Electronic cigarettes, clearomizers, atomizers (also known as coils or heads), pods and tanks are oral based products, The Luxe XR was released simultaneously, including a MTL pod and replaceable PnP GTX mesh coils. Some would say more versatility for the regular pod user.

No leaks. Really. Not had a single bit of juice on the inside or running down the outside of the pod. Combined with the airflow toggle I found the DTL pod to be slightly more effective. The flavour was constantly boosted as airflow was restricted whereas the RDL pod struggled a little.
I have to be honest, I really wasn’t too fussed about reviewing yet another pod/mod and I had wondered why Vaporesso would bother upgrading the existing LUXE XR.That soon changed as I got my grubby mitts on one, and it only got better when it came down to vaping on this refined piece of excellence. This has been the pod that has kept me completely off the stinkies, not even a morning one anymore.

The usable battery is around 2100 mAh, so I consider it overrated. Most devices are overrated by 20%, but this one is about 25%. I’d expect a 2500 mAh rating at most. It does support passthrough vaping, so you can vape when it’s plugged in. The LUXE XR MAX is the latest AIO/ pod system by VAPORESSO. VAPORESSO has been consistently making great products for quite some time now, so it should be a name every vaper is familiar with. With the airflow toggle set wide open there’s around 10% more restriction when compared with the DL pod. It does feel like there’s more suppression on this setting due to the size and shape of the mouthpiece.
The Vaporesso Luxe XR Max Pod Vape Kit is an adjustable power, multiple vaping style pod vaping kit, designed for use with a wide range of eliquids. These include using High VG 70+ e-liquids with the 0.2Ω GTX coil within the DTL Pod, and Freebase and Nic Salt E-Liquids with the 0.4Ω in the included RDL pod. Press the fire button 3 times to change current wattage settings. Use the up or down arrow on the touch panel then press the fire button again to set MTL (Mouth To Lung) = Draw vapour into your mouth, then inhale, exhale (the same as you would do with a cigarette) These GTX mesh coils will take some beating when it comes to flavour and cloud production. I put them up there with the Voopoo PnP range of coils.
