The Prosperous Coach is a coaching book by Steve Chandler and Rich Litvin, and it’s aimed at helping coaches better understand both themselves and their clients. It was written to help coaches serve their clients and work out how to make their businesses both profitable and successful.

So creating clients had become relatively easy, even before I joined Project Kairos. I didn’t hesitate at the chance to join. When I saw the price, it was a no-brainer. It’s interesting, and relevant to caching success, how a woman once described the difference between meeting Gladstone and Disraeli in the week that they were both standing for election as the British Prime Minister. The community was fantastic. Connecting through phone calls or on zoom was a great way to find out what everyone was up to in their business. Being on the journey together with other high caliber coaches was affirming and more fun than working in isolation … especially during COVID and grief. This was an excellent way for Rich to grow his coaching skills, but it was a flawed approach to create clients.
