Overall, Shining Fates seems primed to be as beloved a set as Hidden Fates. The one critique I have of this specific Elite Trainer Box is that the sleeves feature a matte finish rather than the standard gloss that we've always seen with ETB sleeves. This is preferred for TCG players, but collectors prefer the gloss due to the way that the matte finish mutes the shine of holo and full art cards. Shining Fates is actually broken into 2 collections - one being the standard collection with a total of 73 cards (72 plus one secret rare) and the sub-set (called the Shiny vault) which features 122 shiny cards. Skyla is the only card from the standard Shining Fates collection to make it onto this list. Every other card on this list is shiny.
Decidueye has a very cool dual-type combination of Ghost and Grass. Decidueye was introduced as the final evolution of Rowlet, the Grass Flying starter Pokemon in Generation 7. At #2 on the list of the most expensive Pokemon cards from Shining Fates we have the Shiny Holo Rare Suicune. Suicune was introduced in Generation 2 as one of the three Legendary beasts resurrected by Ho-Oh. Suicune is a water type Pokemon and was featured on the boxart for Pokemon Crystal. The other popular modern Shiny Charizard cards come from Hidden Fates and Champion's Path. The Shining Fates Charizard is a bit special, however, as it is the only Shiny VMAX Charizard to date. This comes shortly after Champion's Path released the VMAX Rainbow Secret Rare Charizard that was a huge hit. It may have been Rainbow and VMAX, but it wasn't shiny! As for the expansion set itself, it’s going to be a nightmare to collect them all. The Shining Fates set is essentially split in two: there’s the main set, which contains 73 individual cards, and then there’s a special subset inside called the Shiny Vault, which contains a total of 122 cards and is prefixed with “SV” in the card number (SV001–SV122). Yesterday was the release date of the newest Pokémon special expansion set, Shining Fates, a set that includes over 100 Shiny Pokémon inside of the special Shiny Vault subset within Shining Fates, which itself contains 73 cards.

It’s literally in that “Best Overall” category that they labelled it as.With Full Art cards recently seeing a surge in popularity among collectors, it is a bit surprising that Skyla is the only Full Art Trainer card to make it on the list of the top 10 most expensive Pokemon cards from Shining Fates. Ever since day 1 of launch, this Full Art Trainer has fetched a premium and set itself apart from the rest of the regular cards from Shining Fates. Strangely, Rillaboom (the grass type starter evolution) doesn't make the list of the top 10 most expensive cards from Shining Fates. He comes in all the way at #20, which we feel is a grave injustice. #GrookeyGang represent. Sure, it isn’t Charizard, but there aren’t that many Pokemons that are more iconic than Mewtwo. All things, considered, this is a very good, moderately priced Elite Trainer Box. And who knows – it might even be worth more in the future? Sleeves
If you’re looking for the newest Pokemon Elite Trainer Box, then this is the one for you. Lost Origin Trainer Box was released in September 2022, and is thus the newest Trainer Box you can get. It’s a cheaper alternative to a Pokemon Booster Box. While on average you do get fewer boosters per dollar spent with the Trainer Box, that’s balanced by the fact that you get a lot of extras. Even the box itself has a nice design, and can be used as a storage for cards. Pokemon Elite Trainer Box Contents Regarded by many to be the number 1 actual chase card of the set - the Shiny Ditto VMAX Pokemon card comes in at #8 on our list of the top 10 most expensive cards for Shining Fates. This card features the shiny Dynamax version of Ditto, a fan favorite ever since Gen 1. This is the box that comes with the Shining Fates Elite Trainer Box. All in all, you get a great promo card, more boosters than most Trainer Boxes and the whole design is focused on Charizard, one of the most popular Pokemons of all time. Plus, it’s quite recent. Despite mixed opinions of the aesthetics of the card, it isn't surprising to see this card currently fetching a premium. It’s in the name — Elite Trainer Box. You do get a really nice storage box, somewhat reminiscent of a small shoebox (except much nicer and sturdier, of course), to store your cards and stuff in. It’s the perfect size for around 400 to 500 cards, or perhaps less if you put some accessories in there. You’ll have no trouble putting everything from the Elite Trainer Box in it, plus plenty more as your collection grows.
So you get 10 total boosters and a guaranteed promo card, which makes Shining Fates an amazing Elite Trainer Box to buy. Sleeves Pookemon GO Elite Trainer Box contains 10 boosters, which is great. On top of that, these boosters are only available in special products, such as this one. There is no Pokemon Go booster box. Another great Elite Trainer box is the Shining Fates one, particularly if you like Eevee. It also has ten boosters, from the set that’s only available in special products like this. (They aren’t available in regular booster boxes.) Of course, there isn’t just one perfect Pokemon Elite Trainer Box, which would be the best for everyone.
