About this deal

Bras : bras automatique ,va se positionner automatiquement pour allonger la durée de vie de sa cellule Finally, I tried something more complex musically, but not necessarily in choice of instrumentation, playing Faraquet's " Parakeet." The clean guitar sounded great, and the bass came through loud and clear. There is still a quality here---some might say "vintage" while others would say "lo-fi"---but it worked for the sound.

But, it's the sound quality that keeps me from saying it’s great. It has a very colored sound that most people getting into vinyl will enjoy. It’s warm with a slightly overemphasized mid-range and slightly rolled-off high-end that will give everything that vinyl warmth, even when you’re using it as a Bluetooth speaker. It actually surprised me by the quality. However, it has the kind of sound that future audiophiles will eventually find a bit too colored. Of course, this is not meant as a HiFi product. And, for its price, functionality and features, it’s hard to ask for more. But, if you’re hoping for a transcendental auditory experience, you won’t find it here. There’s one large knob to control power, volume and connectivity modes situated near the front of the turntable. Holding it down for two seconds will turn the turntable on and off. Turning it will control the volume. And, pressing it will let you cycle through three connectivity modes: Vinyl, Vinyl Stream, and Bluetooth mode. Pairing is incredibly simple with the latter two modes. Speaking of, Vinyl Stream is a somewhat unique concept where you can use the functionality of the turntable while using an external speaker system via Bluetooth. It’s a nice, if somewhat niche, feature that makes sense if you have access to a larger Bluetooth-enabled sound system and want to connect a turntable. We had no trouble at all getting the Victrola Eastwood up and running. While many record players require a good half-hour pouring over the instruction manual to figure out where various components might fit, the Eastwood works pretty much straight out of the box. The needle has a protective cover that needs to be removed, and then all that's left is to plug it in. It also has built-in speakers and Bluetooth – Victrola says you can ‘listen your way’ and promises ‘premium, unmatched sound’. Controls near the tonearm allow you to change the turntable speed for 33 1/3, 45, or 78 rpm records. There’s also an auto stop switch so you never have to deal with that end of record skipping sound, unless you’re into that sort of thing. Keeping with the general suitability for younger music lovers, the Eastwood works independently without needing additional speakers. An external sound system would absolutely help to enhance the experience, but for those short on space, the in-built speakers are good enough. Victrola Eastwood Turntable: Set-up

Like Victrola's Revolution GO, the Re-Spin features a removable lid that pulls double duty. In its normal function, it keeps your turntable clean and dust free. Take it off of the turntable, however, and it works as a stand that holds up to five records, including two slots for double albums. It also lets you connect to a Bluetooth speaker, which is really amazing! Pop on your favorite record and play the audio through Bluetooth speakers set up strategically around your house. Personally, I truly admire the fact that this hybrid record player has dual Bluetooth connectivity. If you want to stream a Bluetooth device to the Eastwood’s speakers, that process is pretty straightforward. Simply turn on the unit, switch the BT/PHONO knob to BT and BT will show on the display screen. Set your device to pairing mode, select Victrola Eastwood in your device’s pairing menu, and start streaming. This worked every time for me, but it’s the one function I’ll probably never use on the Eastwood. Olivia Rodrigo says she can't live without this one piece of home decor in particular, and now often buys it as a present for friends and family The dust cover is also plastic and connects to the turntable via two tabbed plastic hinges. Releasing these tabs makes the dust cover removable, which is a nice feature. When it comes to vinyl and record players, there is a lot of ingrained wisdom, opinions and advice out there. Bringing together music-loving baby boomers and the newly-converted millennial and Gen Z generations, it can be a hard world to get to grips with. Should you go for a component player or something all-in-one? Do you need external speakers? Is it worth the hassle?
