The fuel filter is a canister type with a main fuel line 3/8 inch going to and from the filter located in the frame, Drivers side, Half way under the truck. Despite the product image showing that the kit includes a tube bending spring, there was no spring in the kit. I had to move the bends back an inch relative to the fitting that screws into the fuel filter, to accommodate the tool.

The entire end of one of the brass nuts that compresses the olive onto the tube, cracked off as the union was being tightened. After debunking several people who said my car didn't have one, I located it under the driver side rear, near the tire. Working under the car and without an olive cutter/puller, I had to cut an extra inch or so off the fuel pipe to free the olive and the broken end of the nut so the replacement could be fitted.
