About this deal

Flare is also very well suppressed, no doubt thanks to good lens barrel design as well as the well established Super EBC coating technology. MPB will also keep you informed about the status of your gear at every step of the way and the whole process is carbon neutral. They are very soft wide open with vignetting and progressively get better to F8 - where it's pretty much gone.

The kit lens from either Lumix or Zuiko is excellent at wide to mid range - it only falls off in resolution near the 40mm zone. I cannot emphasise enoght this last point - which seems to correct most of the problems that reviews seem to complain about. AF is driven by an accurate and almost silent Linear Motor, and focus can be acquired in as little as 0. It is now firmly established that Fujifilm produces excellent cameras and lenses, with a character of their own.I had this problem particularly on snow — snow produced a lot of highlights in the viewfinder which is again similar to focus peaking highlights. I am including some more images from yesterday in the same park as the last images I posted in this thread. Today I’d like to ask you if you own any of these lenses, and if you want, you can share your feedback in the comments down below. Most of the pictures on the page are shot with Discover copy, shots of the Discover lens are from Hengyijia and pictures of camera + lens is from my smartphone.

Eyeballing exposure with the EVF or LCD (aided at times by the histogram) is something I will be refining along with focusing. There is something quite liberating about travelling light with just one lens and there can be no finer choice than a classic focal length such as this 23mm. It's certainly easier for me to find focus using peaking on my E-M1 as I did in the last group of images I posted, somewhat more difficult using my E-M5 since it doesn't have focus peaking (except a version of it as a workaround if one messes with the art filters which I've tried and it doesn't seem to be very helpful to me).Not sure what to do myself My FE28mm doesn't get that much use - even though it's the best IQ lens I have - better than the 35f1. I also think the aperture markings are off, based on the shutter speeds and the size of opening (though magnification from front element may distort my eyes). Having XT-1/XT-2 with their much larger viewfinder would probably make the experience better with more images in focus.
