Pokud je tato povinnost porušena, má se za to, že držitel licence přijal software jako bezchybný. DOKUMENTACE Software lze převádět, pouze pokud nabyvatel souhlasí s podmínkami této smlouvy. Držitel licence je povinen informovat nabyvatele o těchto podmínkách. Pokud držitel licence nemá kopii této smlouvy, může na vlastní náklady obdržet novou od poskytovatele licence. V případě ukončení smlouvy musí držitel licence originál a veškeré kopie softwaru a/nebo dokumentace zničit a toto zničení potvrdit poskytovateli licence.
